Used twice in a week and both deliveries were flawless. I have to admit to being sceptical but I was amazed by the professionalism and organisation. I would certainly use the system in future as it saves so much hassle. Best advice is to plan like a military operation so that they know in advance exactly what they are picking up, the hazards and manpower available and then there are no surprises and everyone is happy.
