Leider war keine wirklich ausführliche Beschreibung für den Sauerteig dabei. Das ansetzen wird auf der Packung erklärt, aber das mit dem füttern bleibt unklar. Musste mich im Web und YouTube informieren. Wieso sind eigentlich 150g in der Packung die nur 3-4 Monate haltbar ist, wenn man kaum etwas braucht ?
