Simple to order, communication was good to keep you up to date with progress of the order. Delivery was a day later than informed but that could have been an error from the courier. The quality is very good, even down to the inclusion of fixing plugs that were counted correctly, the handrail was simple to install, I liked the personalised ‘business card’ giving me the contact information of the person who put the order together. Well pleased I found SimpleHandrails and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
