Staff are friendly and always helpful with suggestions and guidance. I was able to try a couple of different colours and return what didn’t suit me so well. Best of all, I felt totally pampered when their deliver arrived, with products wrapped the beautiful purple tissue paper - and treated to a complimentary Ferraro Rocher chocolate! This added touch was so lovely and made me feel like a valued customer.
