I arrived at the Simply Wigs site distressed and unhappy. Im not confident enough to be happy in my baldness, and I am very very small. Emmajay got back to me really quickly, led me through the process of measuring round my head, then confirmed a petite wig would be best. I told her the sort of shorter pixie image I wanted - she came up with a great selection. The next day I wondered about a bob instead. No problem and immediately showed me several petite in that style. In the end I went with the pixie look. I placed my order (following the guidance and HMRC form on the site to reduce the price by the VAT element). The order communication was great, the wig was supplied in a much faster than quoted time. It was presented so prettily, like a treat, and in it (in a tiny matching box) was a lovely gift chocolate. The wig looked better on than I could have hoped for; made me feel so much happier and gave my spirits a real lift. Not just a wig, but a happiness boost too.
