Quick delivery. Packed in cardboard, no plastic, however, booklet could have come without the extra box as i bought all bottles so no refills to send back. I bought the following. Glass cleaner, fabric conditioner, floor liquid, washing up liquid, bathroom spray and kitchen spray. Love them all but not the fabric conditioner. Smells lovely. In the bòttle! Used on half wash and smelled lovely until clothes dried then it disappeared. Used on full wash and no smell at all. Clothes were not soft either. Sorry thumbs down for this. All other items i loved. Yet to buy refills so we will see. Maybe a loyalty scheme?
