I have always found SportsDirect excellent until now . My order was to be delivered to shop in Horwich . But Lockdown meant that it was not possible as we went from Tier 3 to Lockdown before delivery . I tried to change the delivery address through Hermes and SportsDirect to only get robotic messages saying it could not be changed . So I never got my order . The robotic messages informed me My account would be refunded . Yet I paid £103.22 to be refunded £50.56 only ?? I foolishly then recorded the golf 🏌️‍♀️ shoes 8.5 black to be sent white size 15 . If I could have actually spoke to a person these problems could have been solved and you would still have a happy customer instead of someone who is angry and frustrated
