Paid for next day delivery, but it did not arrive, caused me inconvenience and disruption with my work. Hermes are terrible, another delivery was missed 3 times as you cannot change the delivery time and I could not leave work or have a neighbour or safe space to leave the package. The info provided on these matters is pitiful, I assume I will be refunded for the missed delivery but not the delivery charge? I will be sending an email to confirm as nothing has been refunded yet.
