I ordered 2 pairs of Sketchers and one pair were too heavy but absolutely loved the Poppy Hi ones, however I ordered the wrong size. On the Monday I returned both pairs and asked for exchange on the ones I liked - THE REPLACEMENT ARRIVED ON THE WEDNESDAY -I could not believe how quickly you processed my order - IT WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE and I will certainly use the Company again. Love my new SKETCHERS -thank you Shirley McNally
