The worst online company in dubai. No wonder their reputation is so bad. I ordered a car seat for my new born because they were running a crazy promotion. I should have known better. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days - it took 6 weeks after i called and called many times and sent messages. customer service completely useless. finally they called me 6 weeks later and said it was out of stock!!! I told them i would replace with another colour. When i received it was the wrong car seat!!. I was so furious i told them i just wanted my money back and 2 weeks later still waiting.... Terrible brand, Terrible customer service - what a sham. i should have listened to my friends. never never again
