I previously purchased a cheaper voice changer from another website but really is was nothing more than a toy. However the one I got from Spy Equipment UK is the real thing. It is well put together and works very well. Lesson learned - the cheapest is not necessarily the best. Oh and thanks for swift and discrete delivery.
