I've never gotten any stamps before and I wanted a custom stamp for my project. None of the products had the sizes that I was looking for.
I spoke to a chat assistant named Sam. They were extremely helpful and thorough in helping me get a custom size 'head' for my custom stamp that wasn't listed and ran me through the process of ordering one. Even going so far as to check with their collegues and confirming that they could make what I was asking for.
I have my stamp now and I am really impressed with it and the assistance I got when I came to the site.
