Sobo is basically Pawel Sobon and his brother. He put up an extension for us but has simply refused to finish it off. There were a number of things that were not done such as windows left not replaced, guttering, kitchen in fills etc. After many texts and several conversations in which promises to finish off were made, NOTHING has happened. Repeated broken promises and lies. I would never hire him again or believe anything he says.
