"Customer Service has been completely non-existent. I placed a pre-order and knew it may not arrive in time for Christmas. That, in and of itself, is not the issue. The issue was that I have, to date, sent them 5 customer service emails, 2 Facebook messages, and a phone call. All of which have gone unanswered dating back to 11/28 (it's now 12/21). I got a shipping email with a tracking link that goes nowhere. I have no idea where my package is! These people post multiple times a day on Facebook so someone is around but they do not answer help emails at all. Now they have gone on Holiday and won't be back in the office until the 2nd of January. Steer clear of this company. If you want one of their games, buy it from a local game store - not from SFG."
