I wanted a Takashi terribly but it was out of stock in my size for a while. When I reached out to Customer Support asking if there was an ETA on replacements, Alison Ballard responded with not only a great update but she actually sent me an email to inform me when the item was back in stock. I was pleasantly surprised by her follow up and was delighted with the whole experience. Thank you for an awesome and seamless order. I now have my Takashi and it's everything I was hoping it would be.
