I am most pleased with the professionalism in their customer service, knowledge of everything to do with stoves, and the help they gave me to make the right choice of stove for my specific needs. This is the first wood-burning stove I've ever had and my ignorance of the subject would have tried the patience of a saint. But they worked cheerfully and considerately with me to resolve all the questions and (self-made!)problems I had along the way.
