The service is super: everything very clear and intuitive since the beginning. The idea of renting was for our daughter to try out for a while before deciding to purchase, and it has turned great! The rental process was smooth, communication was superb, the bike arrived exactly in the time it was expected, the final assembly steps weren´t difficult (even though we needed an extra hand of professional help). Overall, highly highly recommended (also because the product in itself is of superior quality).
