I had some concerns as this was my first time buying plants online but my succulents arrived in tact. And the customer service has been great, very quick email response! Everything was packed very well and secure! String of pearls looks great except a couple of the pearls are a little shriveled, but otherwise looks beautiful and healthy. The string of hearts was disheveled from transport not the stores fault, almost completely covered in the soil. So it took some time to clean it up carefully without causing any damage. But once I got it cleaned up, it too, looks healthy and beautiful! Can't wait to see these babies grow! I would def buy from here again!
