I occasionally receive responses to emails but generally they go unanswered. I wait on the phone for ages to get a response (25 mins today and no response. I have waited up to 60 mins before I gave up). This applies to both Technical Support and Customer Support. I have been a customer for over 10 years - when 'dial-up' was the thing. (My switch to broadband was 23rd Feb 2006). Contacting Supanet has always been a major problem. Every now and then I get excellent service, like today when I managed to get through to Dominic on Livechat. I have had excellent service from Katie in Customer Support but these are the exceptions.
