I love these socks! They are comfortable and durable. In the past, I never spent very much money on socks, but these are well worth the price. I ordered 4 socks with a 1 inch cuff. When I opened the bag, 3 of the socks were correct, but the 4th sock did not have the correct cuff height. Even though it was after business hours, I called customer service and left a voice mail. The next day, they called me back. The customer service person was polite and enthusiastic on the phone. She apologized and said they would ship the correct pair. I received the correct pair just a few days later.
