I ordered gifts for Christmas 2 days short of a month ago haven't received the parcels yet, was told if didn't get my parcels by certain date which has already passed would get full refund back and keep parcels when it arrives, now apparently that's changed they put my money has Temu credit, had so much trouble trying to get my money back still not sure if I will so disappointed my order was for Christmas for my toddler grandsons had to spend more money I couldn't afford to buy more gifts for them don't recommend this store.
