From my first order, I knew I was going to like the product I purchased. The website was easy to navigate, the descriptions were on point and the communication after ordering helped ease the wait for delivery. I also had a wonderful experience with customer service as I had one of my items have a flaw and they immediately took care of it. I utilized both email and phone call and both were extremely helpful. I have purchased 3 tents and 2 hammocks. Could not be happier with the experience and will look forward to new items and updated news from Tentsile!
