I am absolutely 100% thumbs up for Tentsile and their staff. I was introduced to the tent Concept(2)... pun intended, by a friend. As i was leaving for my summer holiday in sixdays, I called Tentsile to check if ordering online would result in me receiving the tent intime for my departure. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and willingness to help and make the extra effort to make sure the tent was delivered on time! And it was!! I am very happy with the tent. Build, design and material quality are great. The tent is, and does, what you expect. The wife, kids and I love sleeping in it. It attracts lots of inquisitive looks and questions from fellow campers.
