Nice and friendly service, with quite fast reply to my emails. And the product, wow ! Not yet used in a real trek, (I'm looking forward to) only tried in the forest behind where I live and it looks great. Well thought and good quality. As an improvement, I would suggest to save a lot of weight by swapping those heavy ratchet and weblock for much lighter "cinch buckle for hammock". Much lighter, easy to use, cannot break and is cheaper as well. I did it :-)
