What excellent service!!! We ordered a fire & surround to be fitted on 8 December. Due to the problems with COVID & companies being unable to supply goods we received a telephone call 2 weeks before to let us know that the one we had ordered they were unable to get for us. However this wasn't a problem for them, Donna at Bolton shop asked if we would like to go in & choose another one & there would be no additional charge. After visiting the Bolton shop & being shown the alternative we decided that we would have that one. The fire & surround were fitted on 8 December & just as Donna had told us we received a call the evening before to let us know what time we could expect them. The lads turned up on time, put all the necessary covers down so none of our carpets would be marked. The fire was fitted, any bits of rubbish cleared & they made sure that everything was working perfectly. Got to give them 10 out 10 & would certainly recommend them to anyone
