Upon its artival, I started the roasting, peeling and freezing half of the 25 pound box of Green Chili. The temptation was too great and I grabbed two flour tortillas and layered some peeled chili added a little salt and for a moment, I thought I died and went to heaven. The chili was perfect, very tasty and most delicious.
I shall roast the remaing chili's on Saturday and complete the process of peeling and freezing the quart freezer bags
On Monday, I am going to try the Egg Roll Crispy Chili Rellenos..bought my egg roll wrappers and my shredded cheese and off to town I will go creating future meals.
