We have ordered from the Hatch Chile Store for the past several years.
Once again, we are very happy with the chiles we bought this year.
Out of the 25 lb box, only 1 single chile was bad.
The Hatch Chile Store along with a roaster from Arizona Chile Roasters have allowed us to have a little bit of New Mexico here with us in Kentucky.
