Our 10 pounds of Joe Parker peppers arrived in grear shape to our island 30 miles out in lake Michigan. This is the 2nd year we've done this. First to happen was roasting on the grill and smoking a few with mesquite. Next was my wife making pepper jelly ( excellent on cream cheese) with the unroasted peppers. She also introduced a friend to the peppers and the pepper jelly process. We'll continue to enjoy the the frozen peppers during our cold winter. Having lived in Tularosa and visiting Hatch, we enjoy your product since Northern Michigan is not known for spicey anything. Thanks for doing what you do.
