This was our first order from The Hatch Chile Store and we will definitely be repeat customers! The chiles arrived in perfect condition. We opted for "Big Jim" and they were meaty, easy to roast, and easy to peel. In past years we've lived or traveled where we could find chiles, both raw and roasted, fairly easily. Not so much here in east Tennessee, but now we have a solution!
