I took the Level 3 TEFL Course as part of my pre-retirement planning. I found the course a little challenging, bearing in mind that I have not been in a teaching situation for quite some time, but the training was easy to comprehend. I would recommend this course or the level 5 TEFL, for anyone thinking of breaking into international English teaching.
