You often find out how good a company is when there is a problem. I bought a radiator that had some superficial, but significant damaged on arrival. I contacted the Heating Boutique and they responded quickly, apologising and giving me the option of a new radiator, a refund or a discount if I decided to keep the damaged radiator. I took the discount and decided to touch up the radiator myself. Very satisfied and would order from them again.
