I have bought 7 pairs of lamps online. When they arrived I found that they had literally been thrown into the box and so many of the shades have been dented and damaged and one lamp totally smashed. I’ve tried to contact the Range via online system over week ago. It says don’t send multiple messages otherwise it slows the process so I haven’t.
I would not order anything ever again from them, I could not believe the jumbled mess when my lamps arrived and then absolutely no response to my online message. Very upset as I’ve now I’ve ended up with broken lamps that I don’t know what to do with as are customer services ever going to contact me........
