Item received was damaged. 2 forms submitted over a space of 8 days and no reply. Took the item to the store in the end and was told I could have a refund but I’d have to order another one online and pay the postage again. When I said I wasn’t happy about this as it wasn’t my fault, I was told that that it wasn’t the stores fault and I would need to speak the main office or submit a form online (already done this and didn’t get a reply). Awful service and wouldn’t shop here again!!
