I had to put 1 star should be none! I ordered an item and waited over a month when it arrived it was missing items from the order. I called them to sent me the missing parts they couldn’t, asked for a replacement they couldn’t as it is on pre order said they refund once they collected the item waited 9 days for them to say they would refund now they has received it. Tried to re order and they have put up by £50 contacted customer services TJ who had an appalling attitude and said you have to pay higher price you can’t speak to anyone above me as managers are not customer facing!! Avoid
