Outstanding from start to finish. The customer care is 2nd to none, with some funny emails showing how human they are and how much they care. The wool is beautiful Drops Snow 100% wool, such a bargain and when knitted & washed it quilts beautifully to make a good, stro ng warm throw, in my 3rd one. Only place I'd ever buy my wool. Keep doing what you do, you do it great ♥️
