Products are great - they look great, come in a good range of sizes and designs and don't come off, even in the dishwasher. Delivery is fast. Website is a bit confusing though, I wanted labels for my kids' stationery and lunch containers and it was hard to tell the difference between the types of stickers on the menu - sticky labels, school labels, name labels, classic name labels etc. I had a look in each category and couldn't tell the difference. I spent a long time looking for pencil labels, eventually found them under 'classic'.
