I asked for a speech bubble to enable me to change the decor in my boys' rooms with a different name on it and you no longer carry that design- message to your chat service and all I was told was 'no' to any kind of speech bubble. I have purchased significant amounts from TinyMe and expected much more from customer service- working with your customer to a solution, not just refused.
