When creating my order, I initially typed in my shipping address wrong, so I called to correct it. When I got the shipping confirmation email, my address was still wrong! So it was unclear whether or not I'd actually get my order. I did get the package in the end, but it took much longer than it should have. The representatives I spoke with and emailed were friendly and helpful, although it was difficult to get in touch due to the time difference.
