My quick hitch was shipped quickly. And arrived quickly. The only issue is that by the time it arrived there was only 1 pin left in it. The pins were installed and I guess the carrier took them out, or they fell out. Either way I was shorted 2 of the 3 pins. Maybe when you ship these you should secure the pins better. The product was built well and looks like it's a quality piece. I am happy with the hitch.
