I would have given 5 stars up until recently. I have purchased many products from Titan and all was well until my last order. I had ordered an FID bench that came without the bushings. I spent weeks trying to get them to just do the right thing and send me the bushes and they wouldn’t accommodate. I went around and around in circles with support asking for their help, but to no avail. Eventually I gave up and ordered a bench from another company. At one point, customer support was asking me what the final product should look like. I was tempted to send them a link to their own website I now will think twice before (if) I order from Titan again
