I placed my 2nd order with your company about a week ago. I thought by choosing FedEx my shipment would arrive faster. After checking the tracking I saw it was still 5 days until delivery. I called your customer service number and spoke with James. Not only did he send out a new shipment to be delivered within 2 days, he also re-routed my original order back to your business. I thanked him profusely, but still had more questions so I ended up talking to him 2 more times the next day. He was professional, respectful, and kind while helping me. There are a lot of customer service representatives who could learn from his expertise. I cannot thank him enough for his help!!!
