I was able to locate the exact tour that I was looking for online at an affordable price. It was a combination tour to Egypt, Israel and Jordan. I didn't want separate tours. When it came to booking, there was a little glitch, but that was because my bank required advance notice to book tours from international countries. I decided to finish the booking via phone. After a lengthy wait, I was able to reach the lady who I had previously talked with. Kim was very professional and successfully answered a list of questions that I had prepared. She also made some recommendations which I implemented. It was very quick and efficient process. I was very pleased and Kim was most professional.
