I rushed into putting down a deposit on a tour without fully consulting with my companions. When one of them, for reasons unrelated to the Tour, refused to go I needed to cancel the tour. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was cancelled and my deposit returned, without cost to me, in a very pleasant manner.
A pleasure doing business with this company. I would not hesitate to use them again.
