I have now done business with them a couple of times, the most recent as an Amazon Marketplace merchant. After my first experience with them I wouldn't have done business with them again intentionally. I have purchased bike related items from multiple countries in Europe, and from China and have never had as slow of delivery, or as lackluster of customer service as I have gotten from Tradeinn. Their prices and selection may be good, but other than that, they are woeful.
