Teacher was great, i have been finding my experience with this technique very traumatizing and anxiety inducing, i was not aware this was possible, after research i discovered, though rare, it is not unheard of. I cannot in good conscience reccommend this to anybody. I would frankly like to cancel my monthly payment or i feel i will have to share my experience.
