On the whole, the website is quite good, but I needed to dig for information on how to include our dog in my booking. It would have been nice to speak to someone, but a premium phone line is not the way to go if you want to help customers. Neither my mobile or land line would allow the call to go ahead. Having to pay upfront for internet access is also pretty poor and the options are fairly limited. Two devices on the standard offer for a booking for three people? We are paying over £100 as it is.
