Excellent customer service - v prompt responses, problems dealt with in a very friendly manner. Lovely range of goods.
My only problem is having to pay p and p to each seller. OK if you are buying something for £40 or more. I regret paying the £3.99 p and p on two cheap items that proved to be a bit disappointing and won’t do that again.
