As a business customer, they hiked their prices to us by 35%, and ignored all our requests for an explanation. The salesman ignored all e-mails unless we suggested we might sign a new contract. He also gave unwanted advice about us fixing a 'poor attitude', despite having to wade back through months of positive reviews to find anything negative. The hypocrisy! Sorry TrustPilot, but where did this arrogance and disdain come from for your paying customers?
