Did not receive an item with my order. The order was delivered without a bag or receipt (pizza). I messaged Uber for a refund and quickly got denied. I provided proof via the photo the driver left of the items he delivered. I provided a copy of the receipt from the app and my email and still my refund was denied. I contacted support again and asked to have this issue looked at by a supervisor. (I know. Full Karen right?). Still got denied and the customer support agent ended the conversation there. I'm LIVID. At this point Uber has stolen from me, verified that they stole from me, and refused help on any grounds. I've decatived my account (both eats, and as an Uber driver) and I will HAPPILY join a class action suit as soon as someone is willing to start one.
