Pretty dire. Ordered a breakfast at about 10am and the estimated time just kept getting pushed back. An hour and a half later, we called up only to be told the order had been cancelled. Had we not called I think the App would have left us hanging for hours. Terrible App - and also reflects badly on the restaurants that use them.
